Your role at Kittl

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work on user interfaces for our graphic design platform. The ideal Designer will have a strong background in UI design, UX design, and be skilled in using Figma. You should be able to work independently, yet also be able to collaborate effectively with our product development teams. We are hiring 3 positions within our Growth product team and Core product teams.

Our Senior UI/UX Designer for Acquisition will be working within our Growth product team. You'll design and develop websites, landing pages, micro apps, AI feeds, and template feeds and template pages. You’re able to create visually stunning and innovative designs that are also feasible and easy to implement.

Our Senior UI/UX Designer for Activation & Monetization will be working within our Growth product team. You will improve UX in user flows, including user onboarding, offboarding, payment flows, billing, upgrades, and referrals. You will also create new UI components based on our design system. 

Our Senior UI/UX Designer for AI will be working within our Core product team. We're leading the way in generative AI for vector-based graphic design. You will design UI for AI features such as image generation, image editing and more. A strong interest in artificial intelligence is necessary for this role.  

What you’ll do

• Design user flows, create wireframes, prototypes, and graphics that are intuitive and visually appealing

• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure user interfaces are user-friendly and effective

• Work closely with data analysts to interpret user data, translating findings into actionable design improvements

• Work with product teams to implement designs and ensure consistency across the product

What you’ll need

• Strong skills in creating visuals, with a good eye for detail

• At least five years of experience working in UI/UX design

• Proficiency in Figma

• Knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and how design can impact them

• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles

• Strong skills in prototyping and wireframing

• Passionate about designing software products

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams

• A self-starter motivated to take initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
